Use this checklist to evaluate whether an AI content workflow is operationally reliable instead of being only a prompt workflow.

## Source

- The original input is stored.
- External references are separated from first-person ideas.
- Market intelligence is sanitized before public use.
- The source type is visible to the editor.

## Draft

- The draft has a clear target platform.
- The opening answer or hook is direct.
- Claims can be reviewed against source context.
- The draft can move through review, approval and publishing states.

## Assets

- Generated images, carousels, audio and video stay linked to the draft.
- Failed assets can be retried.
- Public preview URLs do not contain secrets.
- Open Graph images are generated or a fallback image exists.

## Publishing

- Published content has a URL or platform reference.
- Metrics can be recorded.
- The published asset can be connected back to its source.

## Learning

- Performance data creates a reusable learning.
- Useful learnings can update Marketing Context.
- The next draft can use what the previous publication proved.
